Tickets for Nine Inch Nails concert:
1 zone 150 PLN (standing room)

General terms and conditions of participation in the concert:
1. The Organizer has right to cancel the concert/event without any prior notice.
2. The Organizer will not be obligated to any compensation or damages or setllement to the ticket owner except refunding part or whole price for the ticket that amount to the concert or event if the concert or event was cancelled or took only a part with reasons not attributable to the Organizer.
3. The ticket is cannot be exchanged. In the event of date changing or place changing or any significiant programme change of the event. The ticket owner can return the ticket before the event starts in the price for the ticket that amount to the concert or event. In case of returning the ticket because of the significiant programme change of the event during the event the ticket owner will receive the appropiate part of the amount of ticket price. Only above mentioned circumstances the ticket can be returned.
4. The Organizor has right, with combination with any other rules and directives which are on the ticket or on the information board in the area of the event, to:
a. refuse the ticket owner to entry in case of reasonable security reasons.
b. refuse to enter in the event area and to use during the event the photo camera, video camera or any other recording audio-video equipment. Everybody, who will try to enter to the area of the concert any photo camera, video camera or any other recording audio-video equipment must take into account the necessity of giving the equipment to the deposit which costs 50 PLN.
c. demand, in case of reasonable security reasons, that the ticket owner leaves the event's area and to take appropriate measures/steps to perform the regulation. It concerns escpecially situations where the event participant disturbs of the peace, behave agresively or against the present Regulations.
d. change date, place or any significiant programme change of the event because of unforseen and unavoidable reasons beyond the Organizer's control. In this case the ticket-owner can return the ticket before the event starts and to get refund the ticket price. Refunding the price in the event of above mentioned reasons of significiant programme change of the event during the goes on event, the ticket-owner will receive the appropriate part of the ticket price.
e. cancel or to the concert/event because of the reasons beyond the Organizer's control without the obligation to any compensation or damages or setllement to the ticket owner except refunding part or whole ticket price that amount to the concert or event if the concert or event was cancelled or took only a part.
f. refuse to enter in the event area the ticket-owners with weapons, who wear shoes with metal endings or any other objects that can be danger.
g. in case of reasonable security reasons, to change his sitting/standing place with ticket owner's consent to other. The ticket-owner will get the refund of price difference and if the ticket-owner will not give his consent to replace he/she will get all ticket price refund.
h. The ticket-owners take the risk of being in the zone of sound volume which might demage their hearing.
i. entering the event area with the photo cameras, recording equipment, laser pointers and alcohol are forbidden.
j. official programmes anf gadgets will be sold only in the event area.
k. Bought ticket has to be treated as an individual Organizer's consent to enter to the concert which can be withdrawn any time in case of reasonable security reasons. It entitles to receive only whole or part amount of the price which is on the ticket and it depends if the consent was withdrawn before entering the concert or during the concert.It cannot be used in any advertisement or promotion campains (also in any contests or lotteries) or to any trade campains.Reselling or trying to resell on the higher price than printed on the ticket or using it in non-authorized promotion nullify the ticket without any right to refund the ticket price.
