KOSAARA WITH OFFEUSZ AT THE END OF MALTA

"Artysta współczesny" is the longest spectacle at Malta history. It started two years ago. - On the pseudonym Koszara I started to create fictional "pieces of art" and I made my decision to come out in Internet - recalls the director of the show, Artur Kłosiński. - I assumed that nowadays everything can be sold, you only have to promote yourself, to have a little bit luck and favourable press - he add.

ARMA THEATRE AT OLD MARKET SQUARE. THE SIRENS WAKE UP BEFORE THE DUSK.

The spectacle is almost the closest to unpretentious clownade that remember all who know Malta since she was young - it's Shpooka Tours. The Israeli artists from Arma theatre in ambitious way break conventions and connect people.

ARMA THEATER. NOSTALGY TO OLD MALTA

Straight from Old Market Square we will get to the family travel agency of Sphooke family. Another groups of the spectators are in their hands and fill the forms: name, surname, age, shoe size, wage, past diseases, dreams that never came true... the spectators let the artists to treat them to sweets, refresh with the perfumes, they put silly hats on their heads, they take tickets to their hands...What next? Next another three stands in front of the car called Siren - because this car is a prime prop of this spectacle - and they ride to a few minutes "trip of life". Where? It depends on the travellers, on the companionships, on the mood, needs and expectations.

THE INTERNAL SWEDES STARTED AT THE PILLORY

Swedish artists took possession of the audience after the short introduction of DJ who balanced on the edge of a bus, introduced his and the audience's hips to the Jamaican rhythms. Then there was a burning scooter; burning pram was shown up, the lasers were flashed. Poznań was around, as well that wanted to burn for a while.

THEATRE MATURED

This year again the stars will visit Malta Festival. The most important event will be the performance of Compagnia Pippo Delbono Theatre. 18 years ago, in June 1991, for the first time, the shores of Malta Lake in Poznań changed into a big open aired theatre. Today, when the Malta Festival became an adult, the event less reminds that first one, modest edition compounded only of a few performances. Three millions PLN on budget, a few dozen theatrical groups, over one hundred spectacles - that's this year's programme.
